Meanwhile, hubby has lost 17 lb since spring by quitting pop.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 93.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Nice drop! My neighbor did the same thing as your hubby...only quit pop and cut back on beer, and lost 40+. Lucky them!

Nice drop, and good for your husband but annoying that men seem sometimes to be able to lose faster than we do. Amazing what just dropping that one thing can do.

Now there, don't you let his refusal to wear clothes that fit keep YOU from picking up a few things to fit your shrinking frame. His loss could be your gain. Good work by both of you!
