Staying under 100 grams net carbs a day is really working! I have PCOS and apparently what everyone says about it is true - you HAVE to watch your carbs to lose weight. For the first time in my life I'm losing easily, feel satisfied, and I'm not consumed with thoughts of food!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
