That's definitely a better number than yesterday. I felt like I ate copious amounts of kale and some yummy hamburger with cheese. Not going to overdo the red meat thing, but it was an easy way to kick this off. The shocker yesterday was that my "fat" jeans were not fat jeans - they fit pretty darn snug and I didn't like it. Went for a long walk with the dogs last night, should be getting some new walking shoes delivered from Amazon today (I have a tendency to keep my shoes too long and suffer heel pain) so I'm excited. Made a new friend walking the dogs last night, Nancy. She loves dogs but can't have them in her rental so she "borrows" hugs and pets from the ones walking by her house. Great way to deal with it and no fur inside the house. Going to be a long workday, but should be able to walk again tonight.

Evening update for me. Working late on two proposals due before tomorrow morning. Not able to get out and walk tonight, BUT since i will be reclaiming some of my lost hours tomorrow, I'm going to take the dogs for a run in the canyon. I did a keto stick tonight, and it's showing already despite my minor transgressions (I don't like eating a ton of meat, so I do eat nuts and beans at times, although I'm trying to keep it to a minimum for a week or so. Quick results like that make it much easier to go forward with this LCHF approach. Seem to be over the sugar already - there wasn't much to begin with, so not much of a withdrawal other than a general chocolate craving. Not much in the house at all and I'm working in the office, so we're okay for now.

there is something I dont understand ..kale :D , hahaha. Anyway just drop by to say keep going . I don't have a pet, but I think dog walking is a great motivation to stay fit... nothing more motivating as having a litte guy depending on you to go outside and get some fresh air.
