damn holiday....Oh well back to the grind, worst part is...I wasn't that bad. lol I guess bad enough.
145.2 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't beat yourself up over a pound, I gained 10 during my birthday weekend, lol! I don't even feel bad, haha.
