Happy New Year everyone, though it won't be until here on the East Coast USA until nearly three hours from now. May everyone on the site have the willpower and determination to get to their goal weight in 2010. I really don't have far to go - it's just a matter of maintaining once I get there. May everyone also have a prosperous New Year too as they say in Spanish. Also, a healthy one too... Glenn
