I was exhausted yesterday. I skipped lunch in favor for a car nap. It was the bestest. When I got home, things were not as crazy as I expected, but bad in other ways. So, instead of the exercise I had planned, I ate dinner and went to bed at 9. I got up at 7 this morning and focused really hard on getting a good sweat in. It was a great workout. I plan one this evening too. I'm trying really hard to just focus on the good, not the bad.
