I went off track with my eating healthy lifestyle. I was on vacation for 6 weeks and that was my breaking point. After the vacations I weighed 2 kilos more. That is about 8 weeks ago. Every week I start with a commitment to myself that this week would be different and that I would stick to my eating plan. Every weekend I fall hard back into my poor eating habits. Now I am 3 kilos more than I was when I last weighed in for My FatSecret.
I took the decision that I would go back to My FatSecret and record everything I eat. That is the only way I think, that I could be back in controlling my eating habits. So here I am, 3 kilos more than I used to be.
Willing to start again with my healthy eating habits. I will try to write down everything I put in my mouth. Although it is difficult with my work and all.
So, I am back again and I wish you all a good and productive week.

Nayta - SNAP! I'm in exactly the same position as yourself! Same time frame, same reason, same weight gain.... let's be buddies and rid ourselves of this excess before the end of summer!
