Hoffner's Journal, 04 September 2016

Tomorrow is the day I get serious again. Walking for exercise and keeping a food journal are two things I MUST do to be successful. My goal is to drop 3 lbs. next week and I know it can be done if I stick to my program. I must not forget the saying,"Nothing taste as good as thin feels"!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
