Hey,

I'm new here. I weigh in at 163, but i fluctuate from 160-163 throughout the day. My goal weight is 135. I'm 17 years old, and although most people think that that is too young to be worried about weight, I would like to get my weight down while I'm still young and maintain it throughout the rest of my life. I've been attending a gym since June 5 days a week for 2 hours and yet I have remained at the weight that I have been for about 2 years now. I eat healthy most of the times, but I'm not going to lie, my portions are certainly not as they are supposed to be. I have a food scale but i do not use it. Also, I don't count calories, so I probably need help doing that too. Anyway, I guess that's good for my first Entry.

Actually, your very smart to do it now. It's easier to lose while your young. Concentrate on healthy eating (lots of fresh fruits, veggies, lean protein, and dairy) and great job on the exercise.
