Hey,
I'm new here. I weigh in at 163, but i fluctuate from 160-163 throughout the day. My goal weight is 135. I'm 17 years old, and although most people think that that is too young to be worried about weight, I would like to get my weight down while I'm still young and maintain it throughout the rest of my life. I've been attending a gym since June 5 days a week for 2 hours and yet I have remained at the weight that I have been for about 2 years now. I eat healthy most of the times, but I'm not going to lie, my portions are certainly not as they are supposed to be. I have a food scale but i do not use it. Also, I don't count calories, so I probably need help doing that too. Anyway, I guess that's good for my first Entry.
