OK now that's better, and guess what...I had cake, maybe that's the trick. Lol wishful thinking I know. Have a great Labor day weekend fs friends
144.6 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
