breakfast was a small bag of potato crisps

lunch was the following:
1 cup clear broth
1/3 cup rice
1/3 cup stir fried veggies
1 small spring roll
1/3 cup salad


dinner was the following:
2 pieces of toast
2T. peanut butter


drank:

40 ounces water
1 cup coffee
1 cup hot chocolate
1 cup tea
