im horrified by my gaining weight :( but i have been doubling my exercise, to be fair, so it may very well be added muscle. my tummy looks fatter to me, though :( gonna track my calories more closely for the rest of the year to ensure that im not overeating. then next year i'll decide what to do.
112.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
