Good morning buddies,
Today is my Thursday and I'm ready for a 5 day weekend!
I did a kickboxing video again before work, and will do Barre and cardio when I get home.
I am still showing a sizeable loss, but won't log it until Saturday just because I want to see if I can maintain it.
I had fruit for breakfast, plus a large raw coconut water. I swear I'm addicted, lol. I wasn't able to make the veggie jambalaya last night since we were so busy, so that's on the menu for tonight's dinner.
