The best laid plans.... To work out or not work out????
I was shopping at Costco yesterday and sneezed really hard...Oh my gosh...my nose started to water and then I felt that soreness in your throat....UGH...was I coming down with something? By the time I got home, i knew it was a cold or flu like something. I got very stiff and achy while relaxing after dinner. Luckily I slept pretty well, but I still have a very runny nose and sore throat...but dang, I am gonna meet my calorie deficit goal...I just may work out a bit less strenuously....I need to stick with my plan! I know if I really need rest, I will listen to my body...Boy, this sure came out of the blue! Have a great day everyone!
