My unofficial weight this morning is : 105.9kg
That's not bad considering what I ate and how much I ate this weekend and yesterday.
I will get back on track tomorrow with a Fast Day and do an official weigh-in on Saturday morning.
My goal for this week is to get into the low 104's or high 103's by Saturday morning.
