Well done... ditto.. day 16 for me. I found it difficult for about 2 hours on Sunday. I got really fed up and thought what the heck!! What's it all about. But I shook myself up and gave myself a good telling off. All the best to you.. Keep going.. I'm here trying my best as well Regards

I'm sorely tempted by the yummy Cashew Nut and Sultana bread my hubby has bought - really really fancy a couple of slices!! Trying really hard to pretend it's not just sitting there in the bread bin saying "eat me, eat me"!!!

Sounds gorgeous. If only .. too good to resist so I think you should if you can. Oh dear if only... I'm severely allergic to nuts . So I wish mmmmmm

You CAN do this! When I feel tempted like this, I ask my Mr to share a piece of whatever with me; then I give him 60% of it. I have a taste, savor it, and take my time eating it. Sometimes, just having a bit is more than enough. You CAN co this!!
