thanks =)... do you know how to add a recipe or nut value for an item that does not populate iam having a hard time finding how to do this..

Great job! To add a recipe, go to the FS home page, then on the right side, under My Community, find My Cookbook. Click on that, then click on "Submit New Recipe." A screen will come up for you to input the recipe. HTH
