I have been trying to eat more protein and less carbs. A lot more protein. I haven't really been feeling too tired or too hungry eating more protein. I actually feel full a lot longer and I don't get as many cravings for sweets, unless I'm physically tired. I think I can continue carb cycling for a while because it's simple and it makes sense to me. I started my official training at Delfrisco's so I have been eating a little off plan, but not by much. It's ok I will get back on track as soon as training is over.

For breakfast, I am going to stick strictly to protein and fats because I will be eating carbs during the taste testings at Delfrisco's. I will also make sure I have a protein shake before my shift to keep me full and my blood sugar stable so I don't crave something I shouldn't eat. I need to be more selective in what I put into my body, except on my cheat days. I will figure out a cheat day as soon as I get done with training.

My goal is to lose body fat. I want to see if increasing protein will really help me burn fat. I'm tired of being skinny fat...I want to be fit and in shape! I want to feel even more confident and sexy when I take my clothes off. I want to know what it feels like to have the body of my dreams. I'm not getting any younger so I want to get myself in the best shape now while i'm young, fresh, and beautiful so I can stay this way for a long, long time!
