Finally got my energy back - Normally only do 2 cardios a week and 3 full body strength training. I am sore from my strength training because I had to take time off. I accidentally got in another cardio today Hey we went to our gold lesson and decided to walk in the nature preserve - It was cathartic
5 weeks until WBFF Transformation Makeover I still have so far to go but excited about the journey I get a DEXA in about 3 weeks. It's the only time I get results. No scale, not tape measure, just clothes fitting looser! DEXA records your muscle and and fat and so for I am rocking the muscle growth and the fat loss!!
I also complete my Precision Nutrition coaching cert - Hope I haven't posted that 3 times already but I am super excited about helping others!
