Super yesterday day 2 of 3 day FF and I feel great! There was temptation at the concert last night BUT I brought my snack (Jasmine tea & Macadamia nuts) and I was OK! It was difficult though smelling all those other food aromas! I started to say GOOD or YUMMY food BUT I am going to change my reaction and attitude about that. It is not really GOOD for ME to eat those items So no longer am I going to make myself feel deprived for not being able to INGEST that stuff. It is more like I AM MAKING THE CHOICE not to put that STUFF in my body.
I am so proud of myself for riding my bike to the concert last night and staying true to me :-)
On day 3 of the 3 day FF and I am pumped!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
