Fighting my body tooth and nail to get back to my low of 195. Most days I am in the pool walking and swimming from 1.5 - 2 hours and still can't seem to keep my loss to at least 3 pounds a week. Still so angry at myself for this 6 month setback. Soon I will not be able to use the pool when the temperatures start to drop. Then what? I am so bad with other exercise. I did great with the eating portion of my plan when I started, but never got the exercise going. Got to try harder this time I guess. Hope all are doing better than I am. I would be so happy to be posting 3-4 pound losses each week. I guess at this point any loss is a plus.

Any time you have a reduction in your weight, whatever that reduction, it is a win for you! You CAN do this! Small steps will add up over time.

Let go of the anger, Linda. It in the past, and today is a new day. Staying mad at yourself only keeps the slip present. Be proud of yourself that you have the courage to get back on it, and every day you succeed in doing the right thing, celebrate your strength!

3-4 lbs a week seems like a very steep goal. Just look for the green arrows. They will fluctuate. You've done so well overall, I'm sure you'll get yourself back on track/1
