At least the scale only went up half a pound. :-P Could have been worse! Dined out two nights before weigh in this morning, and had three rough days, but had four decent days 100% on program. Hopefully the coming three days will kick start the rest of the week. Going down to Seattle with my daughter (25) and youngest son (17). Do not plan to eat much--thankfully get very distracted in new surroundings, and busy walking everywhere. Hope to fast long and hard between stomach growls. ;-) Now let's see how the right hip flexor holds up....
126.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Enjoy your holiday. Hubby and I skipped out of town today for a three day road trip. Sometimes it is just nice to get away. I bet you come back lighter with all the walking.
