wow, can't say I'm surprised by the gain, but I am surprised by the amount.

that's what happens when you use food as entertainment, and not nutrition...any way - for me!

but all is good, needing to watch my weight leads me to healthier food choices that will improve my overall health. (positive spinning! lol)

167.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.9 lb a week

I wouldn't worry too much! I think you will find a lot of the gain is water retention, due to excess carbs and salt, and if you eat correctly for a few days, most of it will be gone.
