Day 2 of 3 Day Fat Fast. Knew I had a lot of water weight so glad its leaving. Doing it the easy cream cheese way. I hope to keep at least 2 lbs of the weight I lose, off ; ) "Giving up is never an option."
156.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
