I started thinking though I am busy during the week with work and my family and I only really have sat and sun would it really be that hard and bad to give MYSELF at least 30 mins to exercise? Would 2 days be enough?

it would be a good start and 1 more time during the week would be good, also....chase the kids around outside. do some work in front of the tv,run in place as hard as you can for 1 minute before meals....it all adds up...luck

Well while I work I do a lot of walking and some deep cleaning. I work sometimes 12 hrs and just don't feel like working any more even at home. But being a mother of 4 I have to do it. I do have my other but idk how its going to be in the next few days bc his aunt just passed away. and then we already had plans with the in laws coming this saturday from tn and staying til sometime next week. I have a very busy weekend and week ahead of me. We still have the house to get ready and then we have so much running to do too

Absolutely!! I started just walking 2 days a week for an hour each time. No excuses, even in the rain. It wasn't an option it was nonnegotiable. Just a few months later I'm running 5ks and closer to my goal weight than ever! You can do it! Just don't get in your own way. The times going to pass either way, make it count so you don't look back and say I should have, but instead I did!! If I can you can. You've got this!

Just keep moving like they said- it all adds up! I sit at a desk for eight hours a day, so I @ lunch a few of us have started walking and even doing an exercise video a couple of days a week. So ok, I may come back from lunch a little sweaty, but oh so worth it!

I am facing the same situation. I don't get much opportunity to exercise at work... Family: meals house stuff consumes my early evening. I don't have any energy to go to gym at 9:30pm. Early mornings are dedicated to commuter stuff... Sunday is the only option...
