Try not to focus on the scale too much. Are you exercising? Make sure if you are exercising you remember that your body will get stronger & muscle weighs more than fat. So as you build muscle and lose fat, your body will look better and be healthier even if the scale is not moving. I have gone down a pant size in the last month, and have only lost 2 pounds. Keep your focus and don't get discouraged and you will reach your goal! It took time to get your body to where it is today and it will take time to get it to be how you want it! Keep being diligent, it will pay off!

If its any consolation, I would love to be at your current weight! Just know you are doing the right thing. It has helped me to look far ahead into the future. I keep thinking about this next summer. By then, I should be looking pretty good! That is exciting for me. It was really hard for me at first to stay off the scale too. I try to weight myself just once a week now. Seems like any more than that is asking for problems. You are going in the right direction and making necessary lifestyle changes. Be kind to yourself and allow yourself to be human. Keep the faith, it is working!
