I haven't done much dieting. I have maintained my weight of 100kg.I had sort of lost the plot. Couldn't shake the extra 2 kg's to get off the 100's. Felt so depressed I figured what the hell might as well just forget it. This morning I woke up with a mission in mind. I'm determined to at least try and get 10 kg's down in the next three months. It's going to be hard, I have very stubborn fat around the middle. Also my age is another factor. I'm 42 so i have to work harder at losing the weight.
