Good evening buddies,

I just finished my last workout of the night.

Today's exercise :
30 jumping jacks
30 squats
30 minutes circuit
30 minutes kickboxing sculpt
2 minute plank
2 minute side planks with twist

I'm pooped but feel great, so going to try to do a little cleaning. I should have all of my water in by bedtime.

I am going to get more fruits and raw veggies tomorrow.

LOL. It's a little after 2 AM in the morning. Just finishing up paperwork from work and decided to decompress on FS before bed.

Me too! I did a Core Blaster workout on Tuesday and I'm still sore! ;)

Side planks with twists - I actually like those better than regular planks - something about moving make it hurt less!!!

Thanks everyone! The side planks will take getting used to. This was only my 3rd try, and hopefully they'll get easier :)
