This is so what I needed but Monday I will find out if my scale is right
219.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1090 kcal Fat: 52.12g | Prot: 40.72g | Carb: 126.98g.   Breakfast: Great Value Purified Drinking Water, Kellogg's Special K Protein Shake - French Vanilla. Lunch: Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz), Kellogg's Special K Protein Shake - Strawberry, Kellogg's special k nourish - cranberry almond gluten free. Dinner: Lipton Diet Green Tea with Citrus (Bottle), Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Wheat Crackers (Low Salt), Hormel Canned Chicken. Snacks/Other: Snickers Ice Cream Bar (50g), Lipton Diet Green Tea with Citrus (Bottle), Kellogg's SPECIAL K NOURISH CHOCOLATE ALMOND. more...
