It has been a super busy couple of days, but I've managed stay with the liquid protein WOE. Went to the city with 4 friends on Tuesday and ate out. Had a glass of milk and a spicy tomato based soup. I asked them to strain out as much of the solids as possible and they kindly complied. So 10 days of liquid diet in the books. Weight is dropping a little slower than the first week, but dropping none the less. I'm still surprised at how little hunger I feel.
