Good morning community!
I love waking up and realizing I had a successful day....stuck to my WOEyesterday and no sleep eating too. Yeah...it's real but can control it when my head is screwed on right.
Sue, I missed you too!!!
Steven, dh and I did our grocery shopping last night and bought a ton of veggies!!! I'm making pulled chicken (sugar free) in my slow cooker today!!!! I planned on making stuffed peppers too so I'll have some meals for the week. Hoping my back will cooperate with this plan :o).

I find that no matter what your age, being acknowledged for doing something positive, tends to encourage you to keep doing it. Whether it's a 2 year old or a 68 yr old, it truly works. So thanks!

Oh Linny I couldn't agree more! I've been on FS on and off for a long time but only started posting last month. The support here has helped to keep me on track when I get stuck and the weight seems to be coming off too slowly for me. These are the times I always gave up before, now there's a community to encourage and help. It's a wonderful thing.

I completely agree with yall if it wasn't for fs idt I could be doing this. I have no one to support me! linny I was wondering how do you make ur stuffed peppers? I have been wanting to make some but I just haven't found a recipe that looked good to me

Also, when you have times when the scale isn't moving or no other positive feedback to your good behavior, watch some of the folks here who tough out long plateaus and other tough life events for inspiration...it sure has helped me stay the course. Good on you for starting fresh again!!

Thank you Sue, DarkFairy, and Steven! I so appreciate you guys!!!!! DarkFairy I am planning on trying the Stuffed Peppers recipe I found on this site that was submitted by Liz Proctor. If you can't find it inthe recipe section, it is also in my cookbook. Never got to make them yesterday, but the recipe has me drooling....just gonna change it up a bit and use low fat cheese and will probably use 1/2 the rice and switch it up to brown rice. <3
