The scale is stuck at the same weight for a couple of weeks now. Trying my best to get it moving again. What a challenge. That seems to be my pattern though.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 August 2016:

Do you like salads? Do you have fresh greens/vegetables available? Just wondering if a little more fiber in your diet might help give you that boost to get moving again. I know it can be frustrating to have the scale stuck, but don't give up!

mabye check to see how the clothes are fitting..might be a loss in inches..
