Hi have decide to weight my self in the morning so my weighted has somewhat one done by almost a so i dont think its possible over one day however the initial weight was taken in the morning.
203.9 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
