Still fighting diarrhea. Ate food that disagreed with me and I lost weight again. Still trying to gain 5 to 10 lbs to get closer to my goal weight. Don't want to end up in the hospital again.

140.4 lb Lost so far: 118.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
