Began cardio routine of walking/running 3x per week around first week of August. Plan is for 2 shorter sessions of 20-30 minutes, and one longer session of 30-45 minutes every week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
143.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
