I hate that I can gain this much weight in one day, has always been the case, I know it is water weight from having sushi last night but REALLY!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It is all about sodium and water...you will bounce back down!

Yep some places use a lot of sodium and it comes off but its frustrating to see. If I go to, I won't say the name but it rhymes with Holden Morral, I've weighed as much as 7 pounds more the next day even eating responsibly.

I agree with HCB...I have seen 1 and even 2 pound fluctuations sometimes day to day. I never understood water retention until seeing that on the scale and knowing I did not gain 1 pound of fat with my caloric intake the day prior. It is super frustrating to see the scale go up like that though. I always look forward to the down slope for sure!
