Thank you all for the support! FatSwatter to answer your question I am in a bit of a unique situation. I have depression and pretty bad anxiety, I also have vertigo really bad. When I get a spell of that, it fuels my anxiety and reflux and makes me feel as though I am having a heart attack. Crazy, I know. He told me no unnecessary salt, no sugar or sugar additives. No pig or cow or their byproduct. He told me lean meat and tons of veggies and fruits. I cannot have any caffeine which is awful because I love diet coke but drinking nothing but water has made a huge difference for me. Sorry for the paragraph lol!
