Hmm, have been naughty for awhile. Went back on the SAD lifestyle for three to four months and got my sanity back on July 1, 2016. I'm loving myself again, of sorts. Learning more about the true self, the I, and embracing what is awareness of awareness, consciousness. The source of calm.
111.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
