My unofficial weight this morning is . . . 104.8kg!!!
That's 2.5kg down from yesterday morning's post weekend damage :)
My mini goal this week is to get into the 103's by Thursday morning.

Shockingly, I haven't really pooped since yesterday morning. So I did some reading into this and found that your body actually holds onto water after eating carbs and I guess after one day of fasting I released alot of that water. Here is part of what I read : "When you consume carbohydrates, your body converts them to glycogen, which is then stored in the muscles for energy. For every gram of glycogen stored, you gain approximately 2.7 grams of water."

I know, right!!! We learn something new everyday. I had a gym session yesterday so that combined with my fast day caused me to lose some of the water I was retaining. Just google "carbs retain water" and you will get some interesting information.
