These little dickens whip into the yard with a "oh c---, how did we get here?!" expression. Seconds later (deer ADHD) they are playing 'Oh, you scared me! These deer games and eating are pretty much all these two do. :)

cute! All we have in our yard right is bucks, but I am pretty sure that is because it is hunting season here.

Oh Thank you for welcoming me. My diet quest is a little different from most. I'm trying to make sure I get at least 70 grams of protein every day. I'm healing, and that is what the dietician said. Can't eat or chew or swallow well and I hate yogurt! Any suugestions

I should have said hello to everyone. At last I have the LCHF diet as my chosen diet and have joined you all. Jglh. Why don't you cook a meal you fancy and blend it into a soup? You may need to a little extra liquid to makes it drinkable for you. In UK there was a programme that had an experiment where some soldiers were given a meal and others were given soup. Those on soup went longer feeling full. None of them knew that they had all eat the same quantity of ingredients. Blitzed like this is more readily absorbed. Get well soon.
