Buy green cabbage. It's filling and inexpensive and easy to make into salads. I have a good dressing recipe should you want

I make a no carb egg bake on Sunday and I have that all week long. I also fry my cabbage in coconut oil with tons of pepper and it is so very good.

One head green cabbage, split in half, wrap half and put in refrigerator. Shredd the other half, after removing the steam. (Slice in thin long strips) place in large mixing container. place: 1 tbl spoon sesame oil, 2 tbl spoon sugar, 2 tble spoon vinegar, in a lidded plastic container and shake to mix together. Combine the two in a large bowl and mix. I add a Thinly sliced red or bell pepper sometimes to add some interest. Sprinkle sesame or crushed hot peppers on top.

That cabbage salad sounds delish. I bake up a bunch of chicken thighs for the week as well. There is also cucumber salad, sliced cucumbers, sliced onion, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Oh that cucumber salad sounds great. Love them, but i can't have onion so i think i would use red bell pepper instead.
