less than 1000 calories and I'm still gaining weight! my stomach is not feeling right today
141.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have heard that if you starve yourself as you seem to be doing, your body will hold onto your weight, may even add to it, so that you don't starve. Try going up to 1500 calories.

The starving thing isn't real, it only applies if you go days without eating. You probably aren't counting your calories properly, try buying a food scale and weighing your food to get precise amounts.

I agree with rugbygirl.. there are little sneaky misses on the calorie counting that could add to a lot.. don't trust your judgement on the weight, hm.. I have a cool video on that to PM you, as long as your BMI is normal, don't get discouraged and keep on pushing! :)

I'm doing the HCG Diet, it's a 500 calories diet so I'm sure I'm down quite a lot from 1000. But I'm not starving, I'm taking HCG hormone injections and supplements. I feel great while under HCG, my binge eating disorder is good and my mood is perfect! Even my anxiety is reduced while I'm on HCG. That's my personal experience of course....everyone can have different way to lose weight :) Happy fat releases everyone!
