[ color=cyan]Well today is my 2nd day I am doing fine actually I haven't been to hungry today and I really haven't eaten alot. I hope I start losing some inches real soon. I had alot of bloating and indigestion when I started this lets see what happens and see if it goes away. I have been on this diet a little while before and I have Fibromyalgia and this diet really seem to help all of those problems le ts see what happens.[/color]
