Gained almost a pound not totally surprising after that 3 lb loss last week. Strange though, my eating habits are good. One thing was different, last week I had one of those weeks where I just could not drink the water. Only averaged 4 glasses per day. It would seem those 8 glasses really make a difference. Not concerned, it's just one of those cycles where you eat right but strange things happen or expected things don't materialize. Back at it, I'm almost there.
