Sterted "low-ish" carbing. Goal of >100 grams net carbs a day. I've had immediate results, down 1.8 pounds since starting 2 days ago. Yep, I gained some since my last weight entry.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1417 kcal Fat: 75.30g | Prot: 96.45g | Carb: 82.34g.   Breakfast: Heavy Cream, Real Bacon Bits, Fried Egg without Fat, Sugar Free Syrup. Lunch: marie callender chicken and dumplings. Dinner: Beef Sloppy Joe (No Bun), Velveeta Cheese Slices. Snacks/Other: Reduced Sodium String Cheese, Dark Promises Chocolate, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry. more...
