LCHF is what I am on as well.....in 3 months I've averaged 2.4 pounds a week.....so I'm sticking to it.......I am soooo glad to have gotten rid of the angry black hole that used to be my stomach...I have found that even on carb load days I cannot eat sugar,wheat flour or the hunger is back for 3 days....(till LCHF reasserts itself...)
