Thought I'd check in. My weight is still 212 lbs and I'm hoping to jump start more weight loss with more walking per day.
I've been maintaining at least 10k steps per day upwards of 12k steps per day. I'm not going to try for 20k steps per day. I've been good on eating. No death bread or sugar stuff. I've lowered in a weeks time my slow acting insulin from 20 units per night to 12 units per night and I'm hoping to continue this and eventually work off the insulin entirely.
That's all I have to report today.
