I havent gained weight since I started dieting again. I went away a couple weeks ago and gained 5 pounds so this week of dieting ive lost 4 of the 5 I gained. Back on the low carb wagon.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
