Bah! I've been avoiding my weigh in for days, lol! This is what happens when you meet your weight loss goal and then decide it'd be a real swell idea to chow down some fast food (that your body rejects because it doesn't want it anymore!) Stuff didn't even taste good! Hell, I can handle packin on a couple pounds if what I'm eating at least TASTES good! Time to get back on track, I didn't take off all that weight to pack it back on.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.4 lb a week

I know that feeling of regret when something turn out to be tasteless it's like you are eating calories only. your only relief that may be if it taste good may be you would ate more :) Good luck

I feel your pain.

Thank you, it was just such a weird feeling of almost sadness, to know that I don't enjoy some of the foods I used to get a lot of pleasure from. It's like I know that health-wise, that's a great thing, but there's this bizarre feeling of "loss." It was just so bland, my mouth almost couldn't adjust to it.

Hey weight always goes up and down. Just keep at it and be good a few days. You got this, and it will reward you!

Ohhh Bebe.....don't start backpedaling. Come on girl. I know what you mean about that weird feeling of sadness. Normally, I don't say too much about the red arrows, but 1.7 kilos is significant.

I'll git 'er :-) I'm on it...will have it back down to where I want it by this weekend. I have a doctor appointment coming up next week and it's important to me that I maintain the mid 140s for that appointment, so that is my goal between now and then.

I know you will. :)) Let's DO this.

Am I the only one that weighs in everyday? It seems to me that doing it even once a week puts too much pressure on. I know if I see it creeping up, I can adjust.

I did that with a Mcdonald's SALT burger - I almost gagged.

Warren, it's pretty much useless to weigh everyday imo. I do now but just for re grouping purposes. As long as I can stick w my cals and workouts I'll be fine and go back to weekly. Can't weight (lol) to just never step on the scale again. But I'm so use to all this by now I know when I'm up without the scale telling me and I know to trust the measurements not the scale at least for me bc I'm more interested in definition/cuts then weight number. Which is why I will behave until Saturday morning Bloody Mary!! Lol bfriday I will do the calipers and tape. I have a feeling I won't be too disappointed thankfully I got back on track Tuesday.

Warren, I weigh in almost every day, sometimes even a few times, just to see what my body is doing...I am getting pretty good at guessing my weight now, usually hitting within a half pound or so. I don't log a weight change on FS unless it is sustained by a running average and at least a pound down (or up). Not saying that posting everyday is at all bad...it just works better for me to do it this way. Note; I can move my weight by over 8 pounds in a day from fully hydrated and full stomach to post workout, dehydrated and empty stomach.

Warren. I weigh every morning and every night, sometimes at noon. I record Monday at noon, before my first fast day of the week begins. The 5:2 produces some crazy weight swings during the week (9 lbs sometimes, IKR?). After 4 mo. I can tell how much I'm on track for for Monday. It's like precognition.

Well, thanks for that! I need a digital scale.
