Haven't stuck to things as much as I should. But I'm getting some running in! 5 mi a day. So, more water and keep up the running, track and the food and see where we end up :).
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
